Subordinate legislation: Jenni Minto MSP (Minister for Public Health and Women's Health) to move— S6M-20213 —That the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee recommends that the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Non-surgical Procedures) Order 2026 be approved. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025 6. Scottish Budget 2026-27: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 7. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a draft report on the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Non-surgical Procedures) Order 2026. 8. Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
